I am writing this post here about network marketing recruitment.

I have noticed over the last couple of years that this is one of the biggest struggles that network marketers have.

Here’s why:

Network marketers are all the same. They are all one in a million.

How can you get someone to trust you if they just think of you as one of a million to them. You are no better than the guy sitting right next to you. You offer prospects no real value(yet).

That is what so many marketers do wrong. They do not understand the concept of providing value.

They love to take, take, take, but when it comes to giving value you to somebody else, they completely freeze up.

Most feel like they have nothing to offer their prospects, and their prospects can sense that.

People don’t join opportunities, people join leaders.

You need to start making your prospect think that you are the leader, whether you actually are one right now or not.

It has been this way for thousands of years. It is just human nature. Think about it. A pack of wolves follows one leader, until one rises up to take control. They then break off into two different packs of wolves.

Same goes in the real world. I know you must think that the “survival instinct” is not around anymore, but trust me it still is.

People look to follow.

Like when you put a group of ten or more people into a room within minutes one will rise to lead, and the others all follow him or her.

That is what you need to be if you really want this network marketing recruitment to work for you. People do not just want to join under some average Joe. They are looking to better themselves as a person.

It is all about trading in the old you of one of a million, and getting the new you that is one of a kind.

I know you might be thinking, “well yeah landon, it sounds good n’ all but I don’t have any real value to offer somebody”.

I have one piece of advice for you, go out and get some. Read a lot. You gain value by learning, and by making mistakes and then fixing them
