A little bit about this blog..

Whats going on everybody? I have been getting some emails lately at lstewart53×3@yahoo.com asking me what exactly this blog was going to be about, and who exactly i am.

So i thought that i would come out with a couple of posts talking just a little bit more about me, and what i want to accomplish.

Well first I would like to just take a minute here to talk about exactly you are going to gain from my blog. Here is the thing that I have noticed over my first few years of online/network marketing: Most people fail. I do not know what it is, but nearly everyone that tries to learn how to move their business online, whether it be simply affiliating products or getting into the complex world of network marketing, FAILS. I don’t think that the stat saying that 97% of online marketers spend more money than they ever make is just made up. From what I have seen, I think it would be closer to 99%.

That is what I am here for. I think that there is one way that a person can succeed in network marketing, and that is just to LEARN. If there is one thing that I have noticed in my short time in this industry, every single successful person READS. I know sounds lame right, but it works. They know more about this industry than anybody else, and that is why they succeed. It is not just dumb luck that one day they just started making millions of dollars. They simply just learned more than anybody else.

So now here are the two most efficient ways of gaining intelligence.

I think it takes a certain amount of failure to ever succeed online. Those stories of people hopping on the internet one night and making six figures the next morning are fantasy. Yeah one night might have changed everything for them, but they “forgot” to mention the six years that they struggled to make enough money just to pay for their advertising. So the first thing you could do is simply just fail. Go out there and make a whole bunch of mistakes, learn from them, then change what you did wrong, and you are one step closer to meeting your goal.

There is that, or you could just buy books from the so called gurus in the industry, and you can learn from their mistakes. You could either go out and buy a 20 dollar book talking about how I made a 2000 dollar mistake, or you could go out and make a 2000 dollar mistake. Either way you are learning the same concept.

The simple truth is to be successful you need to learn. I once read an article from Mike Dillard saying that every successful person that he knows probably has read enough books to have a PHD in network marketing. I would not doubt that for one second.

So here is the thing, the reason that I am making this blog. Well first of all to inform that 97% of failing online marketers, but also just to share my mistakes. I want everyone to know exactly what I did wrong, so that they don’t have to make the same mistakes that I made.

Now if this is not you. If you are having all of the success that you want, then yeah this page not might be for you. But if you are failing and not willing to invest in your intelligence, this page is definately not for you. To be quite honest this blog is only for the people that want something more. They look at their current situation, and say to themselves, this just isn’t good enough. I want to be able to have exactly what i want in this life. I only have one chance at it, and i want to make the very best that it can be. Now if this is you stick around, email me, call me just do whatever you have to do. Invest in your future.

This post is about the best mlm network marketing opportunity and how you actually find it.

A common misconception that most people make is in the opportunity that they choose.

People think that if they could only find a product that they are excited about they will just make it online. This could not be further from the truth.

In all honesty the product really does not matter. The opportunity, the compensation plan, and the founders are irrelevant when building a business.

People join people not opportunities.

The sooner network marketers realize this the sooner they can be successful.

Now don’t get me wrong you want the best opportunity that you can find, but joining under someone that can actually lead you is 10 times more important.

I go over this is great detail in the book that I just wrote.

So honestly the best mlm network marketing opportunity relies on the people involved.

A business opportunity mlm is only as great at the person presenting it to you.

If I was you looking for the best network marketing opportunity, I would call a leader in this industry and ask him what he is involved in.

Even if you think it is the crappiest opportunity out there, you will be more successful than just going at this on your own.

So why not just give a network marketing leader a call, and see what they are involved in.

You could always google best network marketing opportunities, but just because an opportunity is great for somebody else does not mean that it will be great for you.

And whatever you do, make sure it is a legitimate company. You don’t want to be involved with something that is going to be around for 6 months, and then just crashes.

Regenesis 2×2 is a great example of this. Everyone thought that it was going to be a great opportunity, but it was a 2×2 matrix which will only last 6 to 9 months at a time.

A lot of people were out there saying this, but no one believed them, and a lot of people lost a lot of money with Regenesis 2×2.

So yeah call a leader and ask him what the best mlm network marketing opportunity is, and make sure it is legitimate.

Those are two very important steps for people just starting out in network marketing.

Is an Internet Business Opportunity MLM The Best Way to Go?

Hey everyone this is Landon Stewart. I am just going to write a little short post on the internet business opportunity (MLM). Now there are many ways to make money online. I think everyone could agree with that. This is true, but I do think that some business opportunities are better than others.

For example affiliate marketing is much more effective than taking paid surveys (which usually aren’t even paid). Paid surveys are probably the least effective way to make money online. I did that whole thing for about three or four months, which really wasn’t long enough to see any big results, but I just could not take it anymore.

Each survey takes at least a half of an hour to do, and you only get paid a couple of bucks. Maybe even just one dollar for a half an hour a work, so that would only be two bucks an hour! Minimum wage is more than triple that, and most minimum wage jobs aren’t so boring!

So I do think that affiliate marketing is great, but I still do not think that it is the best way to make money online. The problem with affiliate marketing is: one you have to do all of the work yourself, and two it is not residual. If you sell 1000 dollars worth of affiliate products this week, you might make like 500 to 700 bucks this week, but next week you will be starting with a big fat goose egg. You have to keep it going. If you let up for just a second those commissions will begin to plummet.

That is why I think the best internet business opportunity is MLM. If you have been reading much of my blog you might have already realized this. Just think about it for a second. All you have to do is know how to market, but you might not ever have to market anything for yourself.

You might have to market real heavy for a couple of weeks or months, but after you have a solid downline of lets say just 10 guys. Now all of a sudden you don’t have to market anymore. You can have your team do all of the work for you. You just have to be able to teach them exactly what to do.

Not only will people be doing your work for you, but the money that you make come month after month. If you are able to sell 1000 dollars worth of vitamin juice this month, next month you will still be at 1000 dollars in sales! The money that you make can only go up from there. Now let’s say something happens, and you have to stop working on your MLM for a month or two. Your check will keep rolling in just like you never left. Don’t get me wrong if you leave for too long you will start to lose your commissions, but they will be around much longer than just selling a single product.

Just to let you all know. I have been writing a book for a about a month or two now, and i am almost done with it . It just about a 20 page ebook on network marketing the right way. Need MLM Network Marketing Training?

Landon Stewart here, and there is a simple answer to that question. READ. Reading is the best way to get network marketing mlm training. The book doesn’t even have to have anything to do with mlm, just as long as it has something to do with marketing. You always need to be reading a book; at all times.

I know how it is. I HATE reading any type of book, especially a book on marketing. I mean how much more boring can it get.

When I was in high school I would do everything that I could to get out of reading. I would watch the movie on the book, I would read spark notes, or I would just say no way and never learn anything about the book at all. I once wrote an 8 page literary analysis paper on a book that I never even read! I would just think of something to write about, and then I would search the book for a quote or two that would back up that main idea.

My point here is that I have always despised of reading, but I still understand how important it is to the success of YOUR network marketing business. The whole thing revolves around it. If there is one thing that I have noticed about successful people, is that they are always reading. They have huge libraries, and the smarter they get, the more they read. I never understood it until now.

If you are recruiting a prospect you can always tell how committed they are by asking them one simple question. If you are on the phone with them, or if you are in person you can simply ask them what book are you reading about marketing or mlm. If the person says none at the moment, I can tell you right now, they are not worth your time.

Your time is your most valuable resource. There is no point in wasting it on someone that is just going to suck out your energy without ever giving you any results.

As for network marketing mlm training, I would have to say to read everything that Mike Dillard comes out with. I have not seen a better training guide than what he has.

Genuine Work From Home Jobs: Honestly? Do they exist?

There are thousands of people every single day looking for a genuine work from home job. The only problem is nearly every single opportunity out there promises fame and fortune without ever actually delivering on their promise. I do not think that most people even want a way to make millions of dollars every year. They just want a couple of hundred dollars a month to help them pay off some of their bills.

Now if you are coming to this web page and you are looking for a genuine real life work from home job, I should be able to help you out. I have tried almost everything. I have sold old dvds on ebay, I have been an affiliate for major companies like best buy and circuit city, I have done thousands of “paid” surveys, and I have tried cold calling hundreds of people with network marketing. I can tell you that I have done it all, and I have failed at it all. I think most people in the work from home business have failed many times, it comes with the job, so I did not take anything personal. I just cut my losses and moved on to the next thing. The only problem was I did not actually FAIL. I just gave up. Giving up and failing are two completely different things. How many people do you know that TRULY failed at internet marketing? I hate it because I will read stats that say 97% of internet marketers fail. No that is not true at all, 97% of internet marketers give up. To truly fail means that you did something as hard as you can, and as long as you can, and never see results.

To tell you the truth I do not personally know one person that truly failed. I don’t know anybody that worked there whole life, as much and as hard as they could, to achieve one goal and never got there. The only people that I see fail, are the people that I see give up. Now this was me for my first 2 years of internet marketing. Right before I would start to see any results in any one thing, I would just just give up thinking I would never succeed. This could not be further from the truth. Sometimes I just stop and think how my life would be right now if instead of giving up, I just came trying at the same thing. I think I would have gotten a lot wealthier, a lot faster. But like I said earlier, failure at some point just comes with the job. So my advice for everyone looking for a genuine work from home job is to find something and stick with it. Put your blinders on and don’t give up, until you reach the finish line.

Now some things I do suggest that might get you there much faster, is blogging and/or network marketing. My advice to you would be to start a wordpress or blogger blog, and put one post on it every single day. A couple of months down the road, you should be getting a good amount of traffic to your blog, then you can have any product you want, and you will sell it just because you would have enough people. Now if you want to start making some good money quicker I would suggest becoming a network marketer. This is what I do, but the path is not easy whatsoever. If you really want some good information on network marketing just hold on for a couple of weeks, I will be coming out with some great posts teaching you how to be a leader in any network marketing opportunity.

Genuine Work From Home Jobs – They Do Exist

There are genuine work from home jobs that do not require you to set up a website and they pay well. This allows you to work from home and set your own hours. Most of the genuine work from home jobs are on contract basis, where you work as a freelancer. This way you set your own fees without setting up your own business.

When you want to find jobs that let you work from home, your first concern is that they are legit work at home jobs. You want to take advantage of the benefits of working at home, but you don’t want to lose your hard-earned money through scams. Let’s face it, there are scams out there and many people think that all work at home opportunities fall into this category. However, there are many genuine work from home jobs that you can take advantage of and make a nice salary.

The thing is that when most people do find genuine work from home jobs, they don’t advertise it so they can take advantage of the opportunity it presents. There are many companies that will gladly pay you to work from home because this frees up capital for them. They do offer legit work at home jobs because they do not have to purchase equipment and they only pay for the work that gets done.

Medical billing, for example, is one of the many legit work at home jobs that you can have. Doctors will send you the list of bills that have to be sent out and with only the purchase of accounting software, you can do all the billing they need from home. Then when the bills are paid, you enter it in the system and deposit the money in the proper account. You get paid either a flat rate per bill you send out and collect on or a percentage of the money collected. As with all genuine work from home jobs, with medical billing you get paid to work at home.

Legal transcription is another of the genuine work from home jobs that are available. As with any job, these legit work from home jobs do require that you have training and expertise in the position you apply for. Companies will probably give you a trial assignment to see how well you work out and to make sure that you can do the job from home. Once you get started and build up a reputation, it won’t be long before you have offers for genuine work from home jobs.

How to Handle Your First Year in Network Marketing!

Hey everybody this is landon stewart here. This post is geared towards your first year in network marketing. I think that we can all agree that your first year in the business is the most challenging. There are hundreds of opportunities calling your name, and they all look ALMOST perfect. There are advertisements of people saying that they will be the sponsor for you, but they probably don’t even know what they are doing. There are way too many distractions going on to ever find any real results that first year.

Since my first year in network marketing is already over, I think I could give you a couple of tips on what to avoid, and what is really going to help you get success.

First of all network marketing online or offline is all about people. Never forget that there are real people behind those computer screens. That is one of the biggest obstacles for most new network marketers. They think “yes finally no more door to door sales, I don’t have to deal with people anymore”. This could not be further from the truth. You cannot just expect to put up a corporate lead capture page given to you by your company of choice. I am sorry, but that same lead capture page is being used by hundreds of other marketers from your same company. Why should prospects join you instead of that guy?

That is what I am here to do. I want to separate you from just being THAT guy. I want to turn you from that guy to THE guy. I want to turn you from being one of a thousand into one of a kind.

That is honestly my goal for this blog. All too often marketers think that people join the opportunity. If you have read enough of my posts I am sure that you have heard me say this before, but it is just that important. People DO NOT join opportunities. People join people.

You have something that not one other sponsor has. You might not know exactly what that is yet, but there is something that sets you apart. My personal advice: look into one particular type of online marketing. It doesn’t matter what it is. It could be content marketing, video marketing, web 2.0 marketing, or even PPC marketing. Just look into one type. One mistake that people make is they try to master every type all at the same time, and they end up sucking at them all. Sorry about the language, but it is true. What you need to do is master just one type. Research it, practice it, and then master it.

See what you are doing when you master just one type of marketing comes back to you two fold. Obviously you start getting traffic from it, which is always a plus. But the main reason it is so good to master one kind is not when you talk to your prospects (potential distributors), you have something to teach them. If you can teach a prospect one thing, you will have their trust for life.
